Shipping: 

Direct Source ships within the Continental United State. Please contact us for any orders outside of the continental United States for details. 

Most orders will be shipped same day, when placed before our 1pm EST cut off time. Please note that any order shipped after our cut off time will be shipped the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These dates are only estimates. 

Any large order requiring courier delivery usually take longer to fulfill due to their size and booking of the courier. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns:

Sometimes you just have to return an item - we’ve all been there. We’d like to make the process simple! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned product.

You should expect to receive your refund applied to your credit card within 3 business days of the product being received at our return center. It may take a few extra days to show up on your credit card statement.

Incorrect/Damaged Items

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do everything in our power to get it right!

  • Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Contact us after receiving the package.
  • Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error. Please Contact Us with your order number and product details and we'll get the ball rolling. 

 

Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries

For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned and Direct Source is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred by shipping the product.
